Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services - No Refund Policy

Since our services (ChitraGupt AI Sessions and Astrological Reports) are digital products consumed instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once:

  • A ChitraGupt session has been started
  • An astrological report has been generated or downloaded
  • A subscription has been activated and used

2. Exceptions - When Refunds Are Issued

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: Payment was deducted but the session/service was not activated due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged multiple times for the same service
  • Service Not Delivered: The promised service was not delivered within 24 hours of payment

Refunds in these cases will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles
  • No pro-rated refunds are issued for the current billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for eligible cases):

  1. Email us at support@jyotishpuraan.com
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide the transaction ID or payment reference
  4. Describe the issue you faced

We will respond within 48 hours with a resolution.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account immediately
  • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount
