Welcome to Jyotish Puraan, operated by VKRY Innovations Lab Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (jyotishpuraan.com) and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), and the ChitraGupt AI Agent service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Nature of Service

Jyotish Puraan and the ChitraGupt AI Agent provide astrological insights, calculations, and interpretations based on Vedic astrology (Jyotish) principles. Our services include:

• Birth chart (Kundli) generation and analysis
• Planetary position calculations using Swiss Ephemeris
• Dasha, Yoga, and transit predictions
• AI-powered astrological interpretations through ChitraGupt
• Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscope predictions

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Astrology is an ancient interpretative art based on celestial observations and traditional wisdom. While we employ accurate astronomical calculations:

• We do not guarantee that predictions, insights, or interpretations will manifest or prove accurate.
• Astrological guidance is inherently subjective and open to interpretation.
• All decisions made based on astrological guidance from our Platform are your sole responsibility.
• We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made based on our services.

4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

4.1 Age Requirements

There is no minimum age restriction for using our services. However, users under 18 years of age should use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision.

4.2 User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) for chart calculations.
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the ChitraGupt AI system.
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Not share your account credentials with others.
• Not scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Platform without permission.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including ChitraGupt AI responses, birth chart visualizations, website design, logos, trademarks, software code, and algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of VKRY Innovations Lab Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission. The trademark "Jyotish Puraan" and its logo are registered trademarks of our Company.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

6.1 Available Plans

• Monthly Subscriptions: Starting from ₹500 per month
• Annual Subscriptions: Up to ₹6,000 per year
• One-Time Sessions: Ranging from ₹99 to ₹500

6.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator registered in India.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• We do not store your credit card or debit card details.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

8.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using your email address or through Google OAuth authentication.

8.2 Data Export

You have the right to download your birth chart (Kundli) and consultation reports in PDF format through your account dashboard.

8.3 Account Deletion

Upon account deletion:

• All personal data, birth charts, and consultation history will be permanently deleted immediately.
• Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately via Razorpay.
• No backup or recovery will be possible after deletion.
• Payment transaction records will be retained for 8 years for tax compliance.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee 24/7 availability.
• The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
• We may update pricing and service features at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VKRY Innovations Lab Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or fees arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or decisions based on our astrological guidance.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or any conduct harmful to other users or our business.

14. Marketing Communications

With your consent, we may send promotional communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications. You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or account settings.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Grievance Redressal

Before initiating legal proceedings, contact our Grievance Officer at support@jyotishpuraan.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 30 days.

17. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures beyond our reasonable control.
